Abstract |
In order to prepare for rapidly increasing data usage and to create new application services, 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) is developing new radio (NR) standard for 5G use which has evolved greatly from existing long term evolution (LTE) standard. In this paper, 256 QAM modulation and low density parity check (LDPC) code are applied to satisfy the high data rate and high reliability requirements of 5G. In addition, we propose a data detection scheme called novel suppression and cancellation (NSC) which combines interference rejection combining (IRC) and successive interference cancellation (SIC). Simulation results show that the proposed NSC has high reliability, and high data rate. |
