| Abstract |
In this paper, we developed a livestock solid fuel burning control system for small-scale livestock manure pellets boiler which can use organic pellets(livestock manure) generated from farmhouse for greenhouse and livestock house heating. The developed livestock solid fuel burning control system can measure the oxygen concentration in the boiler combustion gas by using an oxygen sensor and increase the thermal efficiency and combustion efficiency by controlling the amount of air supplied to the proper amount of air. The experimental results shown that the efficiency of the livestock manure pellets boiler is increased by continuous combustion and automatic ash discharge of the burning control system. |
