Abstract |
In this paper, we propose a block chain based election system by artificial intelligence authentication that can efficiently support vote remotely to improve low voting rate. The characteristics of the proposed system in this paper are as follows. First, after the voter's authentication process using artificial intelligence technology, the member join can be proceeded. The system can verify whether the voter is a real person or a person created by a computer. Second, when the voter registers, since the related information and the voting results are stored in the block chain network, the most important security problem in the voting is solved by the block chain. Therefore, the fake of the vote is impossible by the block chain characteristic. Finally, the system provides that voters can vote anywhere on the Internet using the Web for easy voting. |
