| Abstract |
A degradation due to the electro-optical characteristics of LED devices in LED display lowers the intrinsic luminance value, resulting in luminance unbalance due to a decrease in luminance value and image quality. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a luminance and color control technique that applies adaptive luminance implementation bits and pulses to compensate for luminance imbalance between pixels by increasing luminance in proportion to the decreased luminance value to compensate for luminance imbalance caused by degradation, respectively. |
