Abstract |
In this paper, we propose a dynamic production scheduler that reflects the various situations of heat treatment sites using multiple heating furnaces. Based on the order information, lot information, and furnace information provided by the user, a schedule of the optimal cost to which the TOU(Time Of Use) pricing tariff is applied is derived. In order to determine the work order, the deadline for emergency order, the waiting time due to lot change and the temperature change in the furnace are considered. In addition, when the same lot process is continued, the lot can be continuously inserted at regular intervals. In order to verify the usefulness of the proposed scheduling method in this paper, simulation was performed under the same initial condition as the existing scheduling method. As a result, when the dynamic scheduling method is applied, it generates a schedule that reduces power consumption and cost and shortens the overall work time compared to the existing scheduling method. |
