Abstract |
To remove frost of the automobile's front glass, the Nikrome wire alloy-based line heaters have a large heat loss due to partial heating of the front glass. These problems can be solved by heating the entire front glass using a sheet heating system. In this paper, the automobile's wiper defrosting system using the CVD graphene transparent sheet heating film is proposed. The automobile's wiper defrosting system consists of a wiper defrost and a power control unit. The experiments shows that the proposed system have a supply power of about 15% less than the line heaters and improved heat rate by twice(9°C/min). |
