| Abstract |
Blockchain is an emerging ledger management technology, attracting attention from researchers and other industries besides IT. Recording data securely and transparently, blockchain guarantees immutability, and is relatively free from attacks compared to centralized database therefore increases user’s trust in data. Furthermore, it ensures trust among users in transaction and implements intermediate-free P2P transaction. Based on these advantages, blockchain is being adopted by various industries, and in addition to data reservation, it gives a new direction to sharing and trading. In particular, the four industry sectors that brought the most revolutionary changes with the introduction of blockchain were examined in this paper-how blockchain is being used, and several projects that are being used by this technology. |
