Abstract A manual medical suction unit causes mucosal injury accompanied with patient 's pain by sustaining more than necessary insertion and unnecessary time in bronchial aspiration of endotracheal tube patient. To improve the problem, the motor control of the firmware is used. We propose a system that can control the suction depth and operation time constantly after catheter insertion.? The results of the proposed method show that the suction depth and suction time after catheter insertion for endotracheal tube suction patients are controlled constantly. The proposed method implements a control system that can minimize the intrabronchial mucosal damage compared to the manual suction device.
