Abstract |
In this paper, we propose ant colony optimization(ACO)-based QoS mesh routing, called ACOQMR, protocol in mobile overlay cognitive ad-hoc networks. The main contribution and feature of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, the proposed routing protocol that utilizes various node information efficiently establishes the route compared to that of previous routing protocol which establishes route using one node information. Second, the proposed routing protocol utilizes ant colony optimization that can support efficient usage of resource for route establishment. The performance evaluation using OPNET shows that the proposed routing protocol can support efficiently the routing performances such as PDR, Control Overhead, Delay, Residual Energy, Lifetime. |
