Abstract |
The multi-target least-squares constant modulus algorithm (MT-LSCMA), which is a blind adaptive beamforming algorithm, can detect burst signals with a constant amplitude in the presence of a high-power interference signal and acquires them separately from the interference signal. In a situation where the burst signal is received at an angle close to the incident angle of existing signals or the amplitude of the burst signal is not uniform, there is a problem in that burst signals can not be stably acquired due to the unnecessary sorting process performed in the beamformers of MT-LSCMA. In this paper, we propose a robust sorting and classification algorithm of MT-LSCMA using detection results of the dominant mode prediction (DMP) and sorting condition. Simulation results show that MT-LSCMA with the proposed sorting and classification algorithm stably obtains burst signals in the above-mentioned situations. |
