Abstract |
Recently, concerns about the exhaustion of national pension have increased as the problem of low fertility rate has become serious. Accordingly, even though lots of research institutes have conducted various investigation into predicting when national pension will be exhausted in Republic of Korea, these existing studies have been based on a statistical approach and the expected time of exhaustion has been changed every year when it is announced. Therefore, for the purpose of more accurate prediction, we present a model to predict the national pension exhaustion time with back propagation algorithm through the number of births by year in Republic of Korea and predict the exhaustion time. By utilizing the back propagation algorithm, we propose the basic hypotheses, variables, and various equation used in the model and the possibility of predicting the change of national pension by machine learning algorithm is opened. |
