Abstract |
In this paper, it was studied that the relationship within the shielding effectiveness measurement system, such as concrete block fixing jig and metallic cover designed to measure shielding effectiveness of concrete block. And proposed system for more accurate measurement of concrete block shielding effectiveness was compared and analyzed through experiment and simulation. This study focuses to reduce errors caused by improper environmental condition in the system, when it was to measure concrete blocks with electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of more than 40dB in frequency bands from 600MHz to 2GHz. The electromagnetic effects of jigs to fix concrete block were compared according to materials. And the electromagnetic waves penetrating to the sides of concrete block had simulation and experiment. The proposed system was studied about measuring the shielding effectiveness of high-performance shielding concrete blocks, which it is by applying a frame containing a 24×24cm aperture back and forth to metal six-sided bodies to prevent such electromagnetic penetration. |
