| Abstract |
In this paper, we developed a chip-type electronic component reeling device and a program for remote control, which is an essential material supply source for Auto Chip Mounter, as a part of the surface-mounting process in the circuit board manufacturing process of electronic devices that are constantly being miniaturized and lightened. As a result, the ultra-high speed reel taping machine showed superior performance compared to the world's best Japanese products with a processing speed of 3722 pieces/min, a feeder supply rate of 4813 pieces/min, and a resistance measurement rate of 3681 pieces/min. The remote control response rate and alarm generation accuracy were also confirmed to be 100%. |
