| Abstract |
In this study, an unbalanced data management plan was proposed to recognize abnormal situations. Rather than applying existing over sampling or down sampling uniformly, it was proposed to adjust relatively low-weight data in situational information, leaving significant data in obtaining situational information intact. Given that the goal of smart systems is to recognize what has happened in the real world, processing unbalanced data by considering its importance in obtaining contextual information is feasible and, to support this, measure the depth of events in the data stream. |
