Abstract |
As the 4fh industrial revolution accelerates and IT convergence application technology is drawing attention in various fields, manufacturing industries in major developed countries are developing smart factory technology which fused with IT technology to solve the problem caused by labor reduction. To connect equipments, manufacturing processes, human resources and supply chain partners to each other in smart factories, various sensors are installed on machines to convert physical signals into digital data. The collected data from devices makes the system intelligent. As core values, it provides customers with personalized and customized information to achieve their goals. In this paper, we introduce the system design and the implementation method of data collection using an embedded system, MQTT, and time series database so that sensor data can be shared between equipments and monitoring systems and also propose small and medium-sized enterprises can build the smart facttory for their environment easily. |
