Abstract |
Alkaline ion water is a device that produces healthy and good functional water. Alkaline ion water is known as a very good functional water by electrolysis raw water, raising the pH higher than 7, which is neutral water, and increasing mineral content such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. In the electrolysis process to make alkaline ionized water, the TDS (total dissolved solids in water) value of the raw water has a great influence on the electrolysis. In the case of Korea, the TDS value is 150ppm to 200ppm, so there is no problem in electrolysis, and only step control is required. However, in Europe, the TDS values are widely distributed from very low to very high regions. If the TDS value is low, electrolysis is difficult and a high voltage is required. In addition, if the TDS value is high, the electrolysis is too good, requiring more current than voltage. To solve these two places, a large-capacity power supply transformer is required. In this paper, the secondary side of the transformer is re-rolled without increasing the transformer capacity, and the voltage is doubled by serial connection in the low TDS area. Conversely, in areas with high TDS values, it is a method to double the current through parallel wiring. Through the experiment, the maximum current and maximum voltage conversion was good at 62 ppm, which was very low and 385 ppm, and the required pH value was obtained. |
