| Abstract |
Digital media is easy to store and distribute, but it is easy to modify for illegal purposes, so the importance of information protection for digital media is increasing. In the case of digital images, it is difficult to guarantee the integrity of digital images because anyone can modify and edit digital images due to the use of image editing software. To solve this problem, inserting a fragile watermark can detect tampered areas of the image. In this paper, we propose a fragile watermarking technique that easily checks and verifies the deformation or manipulation of digital images. In the proposed method, hash code for 8?8 blocks is composed in chain form and the digital signature is used to verify the integrity of the image. And the safety of the propose method depends on the security of the digital signature and the hash function. |
