Abstract In this paper, an LED drive circuit without an electrolytic capacitor was designed with P-Spice to increase the lifespan of LED lighting. The power consumption reduction problem that occurred after design and manufacturing was solved by using a base resistor and a zener diode. As a result of measuring the power consumption of the manufactured LED lighting circuit, the change rate of power consumption was improved from 40% to 15.3%.
