Abstract |
In this paper, impedance characteristics and quality factors of chip elements were applied to the BPF circuit design using the enhanced equivalent modeling method of chip capacitors. The proposed enhanced equivalent modeling could analyze impedance characteristics and quality factors, including the internal elements of the chip, tolerance, and parasitic elements, and by applying the enhanced equivalent modeling, it was possible to satisfy the chip element values required for circuit design. This was applied to the design of the 5G Sub-6GHz bandpass filter with the 2nd chebyshev prototype, and the insertion loss measured at the center frequency of the passband could lead to a low loss characteristic of 0.45 dB and 0.7 dB, respectively, compared to previous studies using the same equivalent circuit. |
