Abstract |
Considering the high prevalence and reduced quality of life, the development of measurement technology for quantitative diagnosis of functional dyspepsia(FD) is required. In this study, a method for measuring the abdominal color of a 3D image and a method for color information feature extraction were presented, and significant abdominal color variables were derived to classify the normal group and the FD group. Abdominal color analysis was performed on the collected 3D abdominal data of the normal group and the FD group through color chart area detection, color chart color patch detection, color correction, 3D abdominal area detection, and abdominal color analysis area setting. Looking at the CIE a* color values between the FD group and the normal group, it was found that the outer color of the upper abdomen of the FD group became less reddish than the normal group. It will be possible to develop diagnostic devices by thoroughly examining the correlation between Korean doctors' abdominal examination and the detected variables through clinical research. |
