| Abstract |
Evaluation of system usability is an important factor for IT service operation. New services may be expanded or reduced depending on usability. This study conducted usability evaluation using online systems. The purpose of usability evaluation is to prevent risks and minimize human errors. Since the evaluation of the domestic online system is the beginning stage, it should be evaluated and the requirements should be organized. Usability evaluation was limited to UI/UX of online system. It was evaluated by medical staff and researchers. |
