Abstract |
Alkaline water ionizer is a device that controls the pH value of alkaline ionized water rich in minerals in multiple stages. In general, alkaline water ionizers determine the pH value for each stage by PWM voltage control. However, the TDS value of the water supplied as raw water is very different depending on the region or season. Therefore, the problem is that the pH value for each stage has a large change in the pH value during the electrolysis process due to the effect of the TDS value. To solve this problem, in this paper, using constant current control, the TDS value of raw water was measured in three types: 62ppm, 282ppm, and 385ppm, and the pH value for each stage was measured. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the pH value of all the stages had a large change in the voltage control of the multi-stage alkaline water ionizer. As a result of a study on the stability of pH using the constant current control method in the proposed multi-stage alkaline water ionizer, it was confirmed that there was almost no change in pH according to the three TDS values in the experiments from stage 1 to stage 4. The results of this experiment proved that the pH value was stable without change even if the TDS value was different depending on the region. |
