Abstract |
Bulk current injection (BCI) analysis simulation technology is proposed to verify and optimize the noise coupling problems from peripheral devices in the design stage of the electric vehicle power module control system. In this paper, BCI simulation technology was developed to check the effect of interference noise, which is one of the Electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS) tests for vehicle parts. The system of electronic component control composes many complex monitoring items, and each system incorporates with a number of electronic control units. In addition, automobiles have a lot of problems with electromagnetic susceptibility, and EMC standards are being strengthened accordingly. In order to verify the robust design of the module from external noise, the study was conducted with the goal of ensuring satisfactory immunity of power line communication (PLC) to electronic devices by using simulation. Therefore, the BCI certification test standard ISO11452-4 was validated on the simulation, and the result can be verified through the virtual design verification environment obtained. |
