Title A Study on Life Sensing in Bathroom through AI Learning Model

Abstract Rule-based system is the most easiest methods to build an operating system, but a possibility of decision errors that is caused by ambiguous relationship between rules, and continuous rule update is required. In this paper, we tried to test if it is possible to classify behavior patterns in bathroom by applying a machine learning model, which is trained by supervised learning. The model is trained with labeled IAQ data acquired in a test bed that is similar to bathroom, and then evaluate the performance of learning model with various evaluation metrics like ACC, AUC, etc. The performance of the final model is 0.920000 for ACC, 0.989858 for ACU, and 0.900528 for MCC.
