Abstract |
The dyeing processing industry measures the color with CCM(Computer Color Matching System) when it enters the buyer’s order and finds the dye mixing ratio through manual work by workers to reproduce the color that matches the color. In the process of finding the color, repeat the process continuously until the color is reproduced. This repetition results in loss of time, labor, energy and raw materials. This loss can be prevented by using a system that automatically recommends dye mixing ratios through AI model prediction. In this paper to solve this problem, we present an AI model that recommends the dye mixing ratio. In addition to a single dye, it can be expanded and applied to various fields in that data can be expanded in various ways when data is not sufficient in that data is generated and used as learning data. |
