Abstract |
Existing object detection techniques had the problem of poor performance in low-light environments. Recently, some studies have been conducted to improve this through image enhancement techniques. However, in existing studies, it was observed that visual characteristic information was not properly transmitted between the object detector and the image enhancement module. In this paper, we propose improvements in this regard. As a result of the experiment, the proposed method effectively delivered the improved visual characteristic information of the image to the object detection model, leading to an accuracy improvement of about 1.5%. |
