Abstract Gas AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) collects data such as energy usage, temperature, and pressure through remote meter readings by smart meters, and provides various types of services to users through collaboration with external systems/platforms. By receiving energy efficiency services based on collected data, household gas AMI users can obtain feedback information to improve energy efficiency, such as the amount of energy savings and future gas demands. In this paper, we propose an energy efficiency service based on energy usage M&V (Measurement and Verification) for gas AMI users. The proposed service is divided into an energy savings analysis service using gas AMI data and a gas demands prediction service using analysis results of energy usage M&V. Gas AMI users are able to establish their gas energy use plans by hour/day/month through feedback from energy efficiency services, resulting in energy savings.
