Abstract |
To advance quantum computing, a next-generation computing innovation, this study aims to research cryogenic quantum state control and readout circuit technology for quantum computing applications. Due to the need for integration, CMOS processes will be used, with key circuits including the I/Q Mixer, Group Delay Equalizer, and Cable Equalizer. In this study, we have designed a Low Noise Amplifier, which is a unit circuit for the key circuits. By achieving cryogenic integration, we seek to address the issues of thermal noise and complex wiring that occur at room temperature. |
