| Abstract |
In this paper, we present the output mux of time-interleaved analog-to-digital converter (TI ADC). Although the output of TI ADC is in the digital domain, there are many issues when designing output mux of TI ADC because of its high frequency and compactness. Therefore, this paper proposes the circuits for output mux and introduces the implementation results. |
