Abstract Quantum computers leverage the principles of quantum mechanics to perform computations, offering significantly higher processing capabilities than classical computers for certain types of problems. As the development of quantum hardware accelerates, interest in the architecture, performance, and implementation technologies of quantum processors continues to grow. This paper examines the current status and technical characteristics of quantum processors under development by major companies, including Amazon, Google, IBM, IonQ, Microsoft, Rigetti, and QCi. In addition, it provides an overview of key quantum computing platforms and frameworks that enable the simulation and execution of various quantum algorithms. Through this survey, we aim to explore current research trends and potential future directions in quantum computing technologies.
