We are looking for special issue proposals. Special issues must cover the latest trends and cutting-edge topics that interest the readers of our journal.
The areas of the topic are not limited. For who are interested in organizing a special issue on IEIE SPC, please submit the proposal to the Editor-in-Chief.

The proposal should include the following:
- Importance of the topic
- Detailed areas of the topic
- How to review the submissions
- Brief information about the background of the Guest Editors
The proposal must be less than 8 pages and all contents should be 11 point-sized, single spaced, and single columned. The special issue proposal will be peer-reviewed.
