Abstract |
The study, which is a preceding research to develop the educational fire safety contents for general citizens, analyzed the correlation about various factors of safety recognition of citizens as the age, gender and so on. The deteriorated buildings constructed tremendously during 30 years was getting safer by reinforced building standards or codes and redevelopment recently, but latent risks like construction safety accidents, gas explosion and traffic accidents cannot decrease easily. In addition, catastrophes can also occur from the accidents of industry construction, amusement parks, transportation system and environmental crisis. Nowadays, the protection engineering has been rapidly grown-up, so can estimate and provide against a bit of the emergency and disaster but cannot avoid tragedies completely because almost people did not pay attention to the self-safety and did not have the careful consciousness about fire safety. Therefore, the study investigated the citizens' safety recognition and proposed the principle plan to develop the educational fire safety contents for minimizing the casualties and fire damage. |
