Abstract |
The punching shear performance of self-supporting bar truss for the shear reinforcement of slab-column connection was studied with varying the amount of flexural reinforcement and truss shear reinforcement. For the study, a total 6 specimens were prepared with the amount of flexural reinforcement and the amount of truss shear reinforcement, and direct punching test was performed. The test result was confirmed that the punching shear strength and deformability of slab-column connection reinforced by the self-supporting bar truss increased as the amount of flexural reinforcement and truss shear reinforcement increased. Especially, it was revealed that the self-supporting bar truss can improve the shear performance of slab-column connection under insufficient amount of flexural reinforcement.
