Abstract |
In this study, the problems of the continuous method of the domestic improved PSC girder and the bending moment of the continuous tendon were studied. Based on these results, this study proposed a continuous tendon model that is effective to resist the negative bending moment of the inter-girder. This model lowers the anchorage of the continuous tendon as far as possible under the girder, and extends the tendon section arranged under the girder. This method reduces the PS's bending moment in the middle of span, but maximizes them in the inter-girder. This continuous tendon model can be a suitable method for continuity before composite, which requires a higher design bending moment in the inter-girder than in the middle of span. |
