| Abstract |
The aim of the research was to evaluate the characteristics of thermal comfort in the two kinds of Ondolheating systems (Wet ondol and the dry double floors Hydronic Ondol). Physical features conditions, thermal sensation,thermal comfort, humidity sensation, comfort of the lower half of the body were investigated for the survey. Theresults are as follow, (1) While the skin temperature showed a wide distribution of temperature in wet ondol, it showeda narrow distribution of temperature in the dry double floors hydronic Ondol. (2) The response to thermal comfortwhich people felt was satisfactory, and most of them felt dry during the test. |
