Abstract Since the gravitational force is eliminated in space, human is exposed to an unfamiliar environment, towhich man has not been experienced at the surface of the earth, and encounter various physical phenomenons. Andman can not perform usual physical activity as he has done on the earth. This study examined various physiologicalmechanisms observed in human body in microgravity and simulated environments and provided physical and physio-logical responses exposed those environments. In addition, whether exercise would delay or exaggerate various phys-iological stresses delivered by microgravity was discussed. It is assumed that these information will serve inunderstanding space physiology.
