Abstract Recently under-floor air-condition (UFAC) system is broadly adopted and increased as the technical inno-vation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate indoor temperature and air velocity through field measurements andto perform computational fluid dynamics under same condition of UFAC system. From the CFD simulation, indoortemperature and velocity speed distributions are 24.8oC~25.8oC, 0.08m/s~0.12m/s. They are similar to those from thefield measurements. From this we can forecast status of indoor air condition by performing CFD. The conclusionswas that a under-floor air-conditioning system is possible to reduce cost if it is permitted to restrict air conditioningarea to occupants’ area only and provide proper indoor condition for occupants.
