Abstract This study is to examine and analyze the space program and organization of the daycare center for theaged with dementia, to set up the elements of spacial composition, to calculate the area ratio of unit space, and tofind the layout method of unit space. As a result, the units of space composition are composed of residence, activity,medical care, management, and path. The average ratio of the unit space are residence 15.3%, activity 22.9%, medicalcare 15.6%, management 21.1%, and path 25.1%. In the arrangement of unit space, residence that is daycare room isin the first floor, management is in the basement, activity and medical care are in first floor near the daycare room.The average of facilities a person were senior welfare center 32.7㎡, community welfare center 26.7㎡, domiciliarywelfare facility 15.7㎡.
