The change of BMI was decreased but was not significant (p>.05). %fat was decreased significantly after 4-weeks & 8weeks (p<.05). The change of serum HDL-C was increased but was not significantly (p>.05). LDL-C was not decreased in the change of the blood ingredient by combined training. The change of serum leptin was decreased but was not significant (p>.05). The change of insulin was not decrease in the change of the blood ingredient by combined training. The change of serum GH were increased but was not significantly (p>.05). In conclusion, these results show that combined training is favorable effective percent fat, GH, and HDL-C level in middle school boys.
