Abstract The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of physical fitness after 12 weeks combined exercise according to the Body Type by their BMI of the female university students. The subjects was consisted of 2 Groups of female university students (Group A; under weighted 30, Group B; normal 30). Combined exercise training was performed during 12 weeks (60 minutes a day, 3 days a week). After classifying as the under weighted and the normal group according to the type by their BMI. The measured items were right and left grip strength, back strength, situp, push-up, forward bending, step-test and body composition in physical fitness. There were significant changes in weight and BMI result after the 12 weeks in groups. But body fat was no significant changes in groups. Right grip strength, back strength, sit-up, push-up, forward bending, step-test were no particular changes in groups. But left grip strength was changed significantly in groups. And physical fitness were increased significantly before training in groups. And group A was lower than group B in physical fitness. The under weight group need to have more training period than the normal group.
