Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise environment to your body through aerobic exercise which is many people had participated for health promoting and weight loss. For the purpose, oxygen concentration was voluntarily controled to 21% which was exercise environment in outdoor and to 19% which was exercise environment in indoor, and the process of physical change was observed, in the end the importance of exercise environment would be presented. 11 subjects were selected who were in good health undergraduate students at department of physical education in I university. All subjects performed the exercise in voluntarily controled environment both in 19% and 21% oxygen concentration with VO2 max 60% for 30 minutes. There were significant differences in MDA, SOD, cortisol, FFA, and lactate according to the measurement periods in all the groups. There was significant difference in lactate at post-exercise between 19% and 21% oxygen concentration groups. Exercise environment in 19% oxygen concentration group was more stressful and more quickly exhausted physical strength than exercise environment in 21% oxygen concentration group. However stress and the accumulation of fatigue substance was decreased also burning fat was increased in 21% oxygen concentration group. Therefore it would be necessary to maintain the oxygen concentration at indoor for moderate exercise though exercise would be performed in indoor, because indoor aerobic exercise which is not well ventilated might increase fatigue and decrease energy expenditure efficient. |
