Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to verify validity of natural ventilation system on underground parking area. CFD simulation is performed to investigate air velocity and air age in underground parking area by traffic type, ventilator type and location. The air velocity and air age of one-way traffic type is better than those of facing traffic type. The ventilation rate in underground parking area using natural ventilation system showed 0.216 m3/s, 0.0378 m3/s and 0.0094 m3/s by cases. Therefore, It could be possible to achieve legal ventilation rate using natural ventilation system. |
