Abstract The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for the Internal Spatial Composition for the Terminal Patients through analyzing 4 cases of berlin palliative facilities. Recently, the increase of cancer, AIDS and other chronic diseases cause drastic increase of mortality rate. The Necessity of hospice and palliative services are growing as many terminal patients interested in quality of life in normal social environment during their end of life period. However, despite the need there is not many architectural researches on the facilities for the terminal patients. This study focuses on the palliative facilities in Berlin Germay, which have developed as the social facilities.
