| Abstract |
Future housing trends require green and healthy with automatic control for them. Bio-housing is for this new cultural housing trend. However, in order to acquire bio-housing, performance standards are required to encourage proper design and development. This paper investigates current housing assessment systems for extract ideas of biohousing assessment. Then, the items taken from the investigation are categorized into bio-housing elements such as healthy, high-performance and automated categories. The elements can be used for encouraging bio-housing design and construction. |
