| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the hygrothermal performance of wall having air layer as a wall component material. This paper presents the results of temperature and humidity control performance in the wall having air layer. This wall system consists of Hanji, Hwangto, and air layer(s). Main findings from this study are as follows. First, the wall with two sides air layer showed better performance on temperature control than the wall with one side air layer. Second, the wall with Hanji and an air layer showed better humidity control capacity in summer and winter conditions than the walls without Hanji and an air layer. |
