Abstract Intensifying the effluent quality standard of pollutants in law of preservation of air quality, it is necessary to replace B-C oil with city gas (LNG) in permanent rental apartment. In case of replacing B-C oil with city gas (LNG) in central heating system, this study is aimed at comparing and analyzing Heating & Hot Water Cost and Ton of Oil Equivalent, and Green House Gas Emission in permanent rental apartment. The results of this study are as follows; 1) Replacing B-C oil with city gas (LNG), annual heating and hot water cost is increased 694.72Won/m2, Ton of Oil Equivalent is increased 0.0007 TOE/m2, and TCO2 is decreased 0.01338 TCO2/m2. 2) Level of CO2 tax is over 52,000Won/m2, replacing B-C oil with city gas (LNG) is economical.
