Abstract Generally, elder are more sensitive to cold weather than youth. These reasons are suggested by following factors. By sensitive to temperature could related to slowing down with aging, insulation of skin decreasing with poorness of muscular system. Declining of creation of body heat with lacking in nutrition. Low temperature of residential environment by caused with economic reasons. Brain diseases and inconvenience of physical exercise can say as the factors. Therefore, Seniors who have low physiology condition can be stressed environment under the ordinary cooling temperature conditions. For this purpose, A basic study was conducted to set proper residence space for keeping health and thermal comfort environment by considering physiology of seniors. It was conducted in environment chamber and four seniors and juniors were attended. This was analyzed by collecting data of; skin temperature, electrocardiogram, heart rate variability and vote of questionnaire.
