Abstract The followings were concluded after quantitatively evaluating the effect of women's pelvic correction board. It was found to be more effective in decreasing pelvic asymmetry by narrowing the pelvic region tightly when sitting on the correction board. It was considered that the correction board showed pressure dispersing effects with wide pressure area though it showed higher vertical pressure and discomfort. The correction board without wings were shown more effective in correcting pelvic asymmetry than the board with wings. The pelvic correcting board effects might be apparent when it was used during a long period of time.
