Abstract This study suggests the method which calculates the weight per input material by using the material cost on the construction statements and has an intention of calculating the constructional waste emission quantity via the weight by calculated input materials. We create the source unit DB by calculating the unit cost(Won) per Kg of industrial code suggested in 'the supplying cost chart by sector by item of the inter-industry relation table in order to calculate the weight by input material this study suggests and calculate the constructional waste emission quantity by applying this to the input material cost of construction statement. As the result of the whole 28 apartment houses, all of wastes emission quantity is 2144.9 kg/m2 at maximum, 1462.4 kg/m2 at the minimum and 1739.6 kg/m2 by average, and most of these emission quantities are about 93% of 2000.1 kg/m2 at maximum, 1366.8 kg/m2 at minimum, 1600.2 kg/m2 by average for the waste concrete. And it also shows the analysis that there are the differences of 19.2 kg/m2 at minimum, 85.8 kg/m2 at maximum and 43.3kg/m2 by average for the waste concrete which is major parts of constructional wastes when we compare the emission quantity/m2 with precedent study to verify the result of this study.
