| Abstract |
This study aims to analyze the status of cooling loads and consumer's consciousness for residential sector and is derived from field survey for 1,500 sample house units at Seoul. The possession ratio of air conditioner among the 1,500 sample of survey is reached about 95.2% that is reflected by declined the price of air conditioning appliances and increased by the demand for pleasant temperature. The most distributed appliance capacity was 5,500W~7,000W and it was associated with average monthly income and residential area. Among the respondents of young and rich occupant, were relatively more aggressively demand cooling for summer season. Lastly, moreover 80 percentile of respondents said that air conditioning was mandatory appliances for residential sector. |
